K.u.K. court confectioner Heiner
In 1852 the k.u.k. court confectioner L. Heiner in Vienna was founded. The family business presented their pastries, cakes and tarts to Emperor Franz Josef I. That´s why even today L. Heiner is known as court backery.
Emperor Franz Josef I. choose his court suppliers very carefully. Today as then it´s still something special to be able to call themselves a court bakery. L. Heiner stands for tradition, craftsmanship and quality that you can not only see, but also taste.
As a welcome gift you will find a punch doughnut in your room, if you booked with us directly. Our sweet greetings in pink. By the way: our host himself, Robert Hollmann, trained as a patissier at the Heiner patisserie.
