We are using and saving our guest’s sensible, health-related data in order to provide a smooth stay with us. That includes e.g. lactose intolerance or gluten intolerance. This information helps us to establish special diets for our guests in order to ensure their healthiness during their stay in our hotel.
Guests allow us to use and save that kind of special data upon the check-in process. An additional signature on the registration form is mandatory in order to use the health-related data.
Right to file complaints with regulatory authorities
If there has been a breach of data protection legislation, the person affected may file a complaint with the competent regulatory authorities. The competent regulatory authority for matters related to data protection legislation is the data protection officer of the Austrian state in which our company is headquartered. In Austria, it is the “Datenschutzbehörde”.
