From the romantic canopy bed, to a Viennese-style steam-and-sauna experience we fondly call the Tröpferlbad – a Viennease wellness classic, reimagined – from the open-plan bathtub to the crackling fireplace: this suite has it all.

Up to four guests can live, laugh, love, and unwind in this one-of-a-kind retreat, far above the bustle of the city. Need a space for something special? The Séparée Suite also doubles as an exclusive meeting room – complete with a dining table for up to 10 guests, state-of-the-art multimedia equipment, and a cozy lounge area for relaxed conversation.

Comfort on cold days – or pure relaxation any time.

Never heard of a “Tröpferlbad”? Don’t worry – we get it. It sounds a bit odd, even to us. But let’s take it one step at a time.

In our Séparée Suite, you’ll find a rather extraordinary “recreation room” with a very special kind of atmosphere. At the heart of it: a generous, open bathtub – perfect for relaxed soaking and slow rituals. But there’s more. You’ll also find a private steam-and-sauna experience – a cozy little wellness corner to warm up on cold days or wind down after long ones.

We call it the Tröpferlbad. (a) Because it sounds kind of cute. (b) Because we like to keep things honest.(c) And because the Tröpferlbad is rooted in Viennese tradition.

Back in the late 19th century, only a small part of Vienna’s population had access to proper bathing facilities. That’s why public bathhouses (Volksbäder) added simple bathing rooms to their attics – and called them Tröpferlbäder.
