Literally. The best of the best. Starting from the light switch to the hidden bathroom, from the toaster to the team – we’ve really gone and set up shop. Yes, really. We’ve done it. We’ve created a new home for our little essentials.

We treated ourselves to a retro cabinet – found for a neat €80 on willhaben. It wasn’t love at first sight, but after some sanding, painting, wallpapering, and a bright orange finish, it turned into something quite special.

So… what’s the point?

Inside, you’ll now find everything from sewing kits, toiletries and kettles to hot water bottles, painting supplies, coffee makers and more – the kind of things that often clutter up hotel rooms. We’ve brought them all together in one central cabinet.

The result? Less plastic waste, fewer throwaway items – and more quality. Good for you. Good for the environment. And finally, a little order in the chaos.

Adding to that, early risers and late-night check-ins can now enjoy a proper Italian-style coffee anytime – and yes, tea lovers are taken care of too.
