Where do I find the best rates and offers?

Best rates and offers are always available on our own website. Of course you can also call us under +43 1 9611960 or write an e-mail.

How can I book?

The easiest way to book with us is on on our website. You will receive an immediate booking confirmation. You can also book by e-mail or over the phone.

Are there any special offers or packages?

You will find our current packages direct on our website. We can also offer you individually arranged packages. Whether you are a family, adventurous, sportive or laid back, we will always find the perfect arrangement for you. Contact us!

Why should I always book withyou directly?

1. Because we will always have the best rate. 2. Because you can choose the exact rom size and room design only directly with us. 3. Because only this way we can arrange your stay perfectly prior to your arrival. 4. In case your plans should change you are directly in touch with us and we can assist you best.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation is possible until 1 day, 4pm before arrival. For stays during new-year (29-31.12) or congresses free cancellation is possible until 7 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-shows we will charge the total amount of the reservation. Early departures are considered as partly cancellations. Cancellations must be made in written.

What is the difference between non-refundable, crazy flexible and flexible rates?

Our non-refundable rates have to be prepaid upon booking and can not be cancelled anymore. In case of a cancellation or modificiation no refunds can be made. The crazy flexible rate can be cancelled up to 1 day before arrival 4pm. The flexible rate can be cancelled up to 7 days before arrival free of charge. In case of late cancellations or no-shows we will charge the full amount of the reservation incl. all booked extras.

Arrival

How to get from the airport to the hotel?

We will gladly arrange a transfer from the airport to our hotel. Please send us your time of arrival and flight number. Price p. car is EUR 65,00/one way (minivan EUR 85,00). You can also take the train S7 to Landstraßer Hauptstraße and then switch into the underground U4 direction Heiligenstadt and get off at Schwedenplatz. Then it is a short walk only.

How long does it take by car or bus from the airport to the hotel?

Depending on traffic 20-30 minutes.

When can I check-in?

When booking directly check-in is at 2 pm otherwise it is from 3 pm. Should you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage with us and start your holiday immediately. Often your room will be available earlier.

Where can I park my car?

We have limited parking in the courtyard next to our hotel. The price per day is EUR 35,00 The courtyard is open from 6 am to 9 pm. If you need your card outside these hours please contact us - there are other parking possibilities in garages nearby.

How much is a taxi from the airport to the hotel?

If you book your taxi with us in advance the price is always EUR 65,00 (minivan EUR 85,00). In order to book the taxi we kindly ask you to provide us your flight number and arrival time.

How can I check in outside reception hours?

Don't worry! In case of an arrival outside the reception hours we will provide you with the entrance code so you have access to the hotel. I you cannot find this code, please do not hesitate to contact us - we will be happy to help you! As soon as you are inside the building, our hotel elevator will take you to the 2nd floor, where your room key and further information will be waiting for you at the reception desk.

How long is reception available?

Our reception hours are Monday to Sunday from 7 am until 9 pm. In case of emergencies you can reach us by phone. All important information will be sent to you in your confirmation letter.

Living

Are there connecting rooms?

We are happy to offer you a Residenz XL room with a connecting door to a Residenz M room. The Residenz XL room offers space for max. 4 people. Whereas the Residenz M room offers space for 2 people (twin beds possible) - so you have space for max. 6 guests. These rooms are in great demand, so don't think twice - contact us! This arrangement can only be booked directly with us.

Is it possible to have an extra bed in the room?

Our room rates are valid for 2 people, per room and night. The following surcharges apply for additional guests in the room:

Cot per child 0-2 years: EUR 10,00
Extra bed per child 3-11 years: EUR 30,00
Extra bed per adult +12years: EUR 55,00

Please let us know in advance if there are more than two persons in one room. Not all rooms are suitable for more than two people.

Can I bring my dog with me?

Yes, feel free to bring your dog with you. Cleaning fee: EUR 15,00 per night. We will prepare a pet bed and food bowl for your dog in the room.

What about internet?

There is free Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas. We also offer free iPads for the length of your stay.

Is there a laundry service?

Yes. Leave the laundry bag, which you will find in your room, with us and we will take care of the laundry.

Which rooms are suitable for families?

Our Residenz XL rooms offer room for up to 4 people. It has one king size bed as well as one big extra bed for 2 people. Also our Suite Séparéé offers more than enough space for families.

Is there a minibar in the room?

No, we decided to do without a classical minibar in the rooms for environmental reasons. In return we have the honesty fridge in the hotelbar "MINIBAR" stuffed with a selection of very good drinks at fair prices.

Eat & Drink

Do you also provide vegetarian, vegan or lactose and gluten -free meals?

We are happy to serve your nutritional needs. Please let us know about any special diet in advance so we can prepare a delicious breakfast for you.

Can I drink water from the tab?

Yes, you can! The tap water, coming from the Alps, is of perfect drinking quality!

Is there a hotel bar or restaurant?

We are delighted to recommend a selection of exceptional dining options from the Buxbaum Hospitality Group. All of the mentioned restaurants and bars are just a short walk from the hotel, offering a unique culinary experience.

Buxbaum Fine Dining

Enjoy exquisite dishes in our fine dining restaurant, open Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 23:00.

Il Bosso

A perfect spot for a relaxed meal with delicious focaccia and Italian specialties.

Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday, 12:00 to 22:00, Sunday 12:00 to 18:00.

Bar Bojito

For the late hours, we recommend our bar, open Wednesday to Saturday from 18:00 to 02:00.

Is it possible to receive a lunch bag in case of early departure?

We are happy to provide you with a lunch bag. Please let our reception team know the day before.

What are the breakfast hours?

Our amazing, organically sourced breakfast is served daily from 7am to 11.30am. We serve breakfast to your room free of charge.

May I invite friends over for breakfast?

External guests are always welcome. Just let us know in advance so we have time to prepare some extra food. The price is EUR 35,00 per person and includes all beverages.

Is it possible to come over for breakfast without booking a room?

We are pleased to be able to answer this question succinctly with "YES!". As an external guest, you can also enjoy our legendary organic Hollmann à la carte breakfast. We kindly ask you to contact us in advance and make a reservation so that we can prepare for your wishes. You can find more information here.

Departure

When is check out time?

We kindly ask you to leave your room until 12 am, when booking directly. If booked via a third party check-out is until 11 am. Late check/out can be granted upon availability. A storage room, lockers and changing rooms are at your disposal, in order to make use of the resort until the last minute of your stay. Late check-outs are subject to availability and cost the following: until 2 pm EUR 25,00 until 4 pm EUR 50,00 until 6 pm EUR 75,00 From 6 pm on the entire night will be charged.
