What is our cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy depends on the rate you choose. The exact conditions are clearly displayed before you complete your booking.

Arrival

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

We’re happy to arrange a private transfer from the airport. Just send us your arrival time and flight number in advance. The price per car is EUR 65.00 one way (EUR 85.00 for a minivan).

Alternatively, you can take the S7 train to Landstraße/Wien Mitte, then change to the U4 underground line in the direction of Heiligenstadt and get off at Schwedenplatz. From there, it’s just a short walk to the hotel.

How long does it take by car or bus from the airport to the hotel?

Depending on traffic, the journey takes around 20 to 30 minutes.

When are check in times?

If you book directly with us, check-in is available from 2:00 PM. For all other bookings, check-in starts at 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you’re welcome to leave your luggage with us and start exploring right away.

Do you have parking options?

Yes, we offer a limited number of parking spaces in the courtyard next to the hotel. The price is EUR 35.00 per day. The courtyard is accessible from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If you need your car outside these hours, just let us know – we’ll be happy to assist or recommend nearby parking garages.

How much is a taxi from the airport to the hotel?

If you book your taxi with us in advance, the fixed price is EUR 65.00 (EUR 85.00 for a minivan). To arrange the transfer, please send us your flight number and arrival time.

What if I arrive outside reception hours?

No worries! If you arrive outside our reception hours, we’ll send you an entrance code so you can access the hotel. If you can’t find the code or need assistance, just contact us – we’re happy to help. Once inside, take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Your room key and all further information will be ready for you at the reception desk.

What are the reception hours?

Our reception is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. In case of emergencies outside these hours, you can reach us by phone. All important details will be included in your booking confirmation.

Living

Are there connecting rooms?

Yes, we offer a Residenz XL room with a connecting door to a Residenz M room. The XL room accommodates up to 4 guests, and the M room up to 2 (twin beds available) – perfect for up to 6 people. This option is very popular and can only be booked directly with us, so don’t wait to get in touch!

Is it possible to add an extra bed in the room?

Our room rates apply to 2 people per room and night. The following surcharges apply for additional guests:

Crib per child 0-2 years: EUR 10,00
Extra bed per child 3-11 years: EUR 30,00
Extra bed per adult +12years: EUR 55,00

Please inform us in advance if more than two people will be staying in the room. Not all room categories are suitable for more than two guests.

Can I bring my dog with me?

Yes, dogs are welcome! We charge a cleaning fee of EUR 15.00 per night. We’ll also provide a pet bed and a food bowl in your room to make your dog feel at home.

What about internet?

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.

Is there a laundry service?

Yes, we offer a laundry service. Just place your laundry in the bag provided in your room and leave it at reception – we’ll take care of the rest.

Which room types are best for families?

Our Residenz XL rooms are ideal for families and accommodate up to 4 people. They feature a king-size bed and a large extra bed for two. Our Suite Séparée also offers plenty of space and comfort for families.

Is there a minibar in the room?

Yes, each room is equipped with a minibar. In addition, you’re welcome to use our honesty fridge at the hotel bar MINIBAR, stocked with a selection of high-quality drinks at fair prices.

Eat & Drink

Do you offer vegetarian, vegan or gluten-/lactose-free options?

Yes, we’re happy to accommodate special dietary needs. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll prepare a delicious breakfast tailored to your preferences.

Is tap water safe to drink?

Yes, absolutely! Our tap water comes straight from the Alps and is of excellent drinking quality.

Is there a hotel bar or restaurant?

We are delighted to recommend a selection of exceptional dining options from the Buxbaum Hospitality Group. All of the mentioned restaurants and bars are just a short walk from the hotel, offering a unique culinary experience.

Buxbaum Fine Dining

Enjoy exquisite dishes in our fine dining restaurant, open Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 23:00.

Il Bosso

A perfect spot for a relaxed meal with delicious focaccia and Italian specialties.

Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday, 12:00 to 22:00, Sunday 12:00 to 18:00.

Bar Bojito

For the late hours, we recommend our bar, open Wednesday to Saturday from 18:00 to 02:00.

Address: Köllnerhofgasse 3, 1010 Vienna.

We will be happy to make a reservation for you at any of these locations.

Can I get a lunch bag if I leave early?

Yes, we’ll gladly prepare a lunch bag for you. Just let our reception team know by the day before your departure.

What time is breakfast served?

Our delicious organic breakfast is available daily from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM. If you prefer, we’re happy to serve breakfast to your room at no extra charge.

Can I invite friends to join me for breakfast?

Yes, external guests are very welcome to join you for breakfast. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly. The price is EUR 35.00 per person and includes all food and beverages.

Can I have breakfast at the hotel without staying overnight?

Yes – absolutely! As an external guest, you’re welcome to enjoy our organic Beletage à la carte breakfast. Please contact us in advance to reserve a table, so we can prepare everything to your liking. More information is available here.

Departure

What time is check-out?

If you booked directly with us, check-out is by 12:00 PM. For bookings via third-party platforms, check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Late check-out is possible upon availability and is charged as follows: – Until 2:00 PM: EUR 25.00 – Until 4:00 PM: EUR 50.00 – Until 6:00 PM: EUR 75.00 – After 6:00 PM: full room rate for the night

To make the most of your last day, we offer a storage room, lockers, and changing rooms for your convenience.
