If you might find a cheaper bookable rate somewhere else, then we will offer you the same price (valid if: same room type, same check/in date, same cancellation and payment policy).

If you book directly with us you can check in already at 2 pm and check out on departure day until noon (12).

At Hollmann Beletage you can not only choose the size of the room (M, L and XL), but also the design: Residence, Beletage, Mezzanin or Suite. We are happy to help you to find the perfect room for your stay from our 26 rooms. When booking via other platforms/partners you do not have this vast choice.

Regardless of whether you come privately or for business: you should always feel "like visiting friends at home". We gladly organize, arrange and book everything for you in advance. Like that you only have to enjoy and feel pampered after your arrival. That is why we will contact you in advance. If you tell us your arrival and departure times we will do our very best to hopefully have your room ready early or grant you a late check-out.

We are happy to offer you - if availability allows it - an upgrade to a higher room category upon your arrival for a special price.

You will always find the last room available with us. Nowhere else.

In case you need to cancel a reservation, it is easiest and most flexible when you booked directly with us.

Most probably we will already have spoken to each other when you book directly. So we already had a chance to get to know you before your arrival and that is what we are looking forward to the most.
