For those with a light appetite, our small self-service buffet offers a delightful selection: crunchy cereals, creamy yoghurts, fresh toast, and finely sliced fruit salad. And what’s a fluffy loaf of bread without the perfect topping? Choose from homemade seasonal jams, golden honey from happy bees, or that one irresistible chocolate hazelnut spread we all secretly adore. And because we believe in treating yourself, we put a bottle of Prosecco on ice every single day. After all, everyone deserves a little indulgence.

Anyone who’s browsed our website knows: we like to keep things casual. But when we went looking for a new baker and landed on website everything went quiet. We were in disbelief. We were speechless. And deeply impressed – by people whose depth, sincerity, and respect for their craft left us in awe.

All or nothing. Anyone who knows our Beletage knows what they’re getting – transparency and honesty. We don’t do hidden ingredients or vague promises. That’s why, as part of our organic certification process, we decided to change our coffee supplier. Our previous roasts were delicious, no question – but unfortunately not organic enough for our standards. We’re now proud to serve coffee from Naber, a long-established roastery based in Vienna. Founded in 1908, Marco Salvatori, with his Italian roots and passion for coffee, ensures top quality with every roast. In our opinion, it’s probably the best coffee in the city – and one that fully meets our organic and sustainability standards.

From 3p.m. till 5p.m.our BEletage offers a true classic: traditional Viennease meat loaf. Invented in 1776 by the court butcher of Elector Karl Theodor, this tasty tradition is now nearly 250 years old. And every afternoon, the mouthwatering smell of freshly baked meat loaf – made by expert local butchers – drifts through the little lanes around our Beletage. So why are we telling you all this? Because in the afternoon, you’ll find this fine specialty at our Original Old Viennese Meat Loaf Station – freshly served and ready to enjoy. To complete your perfect afternoon snack, we’ve paired it with cold, fresh organic Hadmar beer.
