Wie oft wird man nach Hoteltipps in seiner eigenen Heimat gefragt und wie oft ist man dann am Grübeln, welches Hotel man wohl am liebsten empfehlt - eines, in dem man sich wie zu Hause fühlt...

Hollmann Beletage
Statt in eine Empfangshalle kommst du in ein Wohnzimmer. Du lässt dich in eines der tiefen Sofas fallen, ziehst dir ein Buch aus der gut sortierten Bibliothek, rauchst ein wenig, schenkst dir einen Drink ein. Wenn du Klavier spielen könntest: da stünde eines. Wenn man fertig ist mit all dem Wohnzimmer-Nichtstun, geht man in das Schlafzimmer und legt sich aufs Bett, es ist ein perfektes Bett, man kann sich darin ausstrecken, man versinkt nicht darin, man hat genügend Platz.

Hollmann Beletage
I really enjoyed my stay at the Hollmann Beletage. It wasn’t my first choice but it will be should I return to Vienna in the future. [...] I highly recommend this design boutique hotel. It is good value for the room, it’s location, and breakfast offerings. They have a vey helpful staff and reservation is vey easy.

Hollmann Salon
I am having dinner at the hotel. Well, the restaurant is not in the hotel per se but a little walk. It is owned and run by the same person as the hotel. The restaurant is called Hollmann Salon. Like the hotel, it is decorated in the same style; minimal architectural structure but tastefully decorated with a mix of retro elements and contemporary design objects.

[...] Diesmal haben wir die Journalisten in das Hollmann Beletage eingeladen, einem wunderbaren Boutiquehotel im Herzen Wiens. [...] Ich weiß nicht, ob es an der Atmosphäre des Hotels oder der sympathischen Mentalität der Wiener liegt, ich habe mich jedenfalls nicht wie auf einer Pressekonferenz sondern eher wie zu Hause am Küchentisch gefühlt. A minimalist establishment of sorts, Holmann Beletage is a pension for guests with an eye for style, a penchant for clean lines and a desire for privacy. It's also good for lazy legs that can't be bothered wandering too far for Vienna's biggest sights.
Beletage is a new breed of pension in the capital, one that is concerned not only with making guests feel welcome and comfortable, but also with providing surroundings that most people wistfully dream of when flicking through interior magazines.

Hollmann Beletage
With barely a sign to announce it, this hotel is difficult to find. But persevere, it’s worth it. A youthful contemporary conversion of a 19th-century first-floor apartment, it has an attractive sitting room, with bookcases, sofas, standard lamps and an ultra-modern fireplace. It is painted white throughout, with splashes of orange and brown leather furniture. The seven light, wood-floored bedrooms have ‘open’ bathrooms, usually hidden behind the bed.

Hollmann Beletage Hotel Breakfast (Vienna: Inner Stadt)
Other than good food and museums, one of the top highlights of our Vienna trip was the boutique hotel we stayed for 2 nights called Hollmann Beletage. We had a hard time finding reasonably price good vacation rental at Vienna and most mid range hotels were fully booked. So we went a little over our usual budget to stay at this designy boutique hotel for two nights. It was all worth it! [...]
I highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Vienna. It got a great location too - just few blocks from the Stephansdom but in a quiet street.

Hollmann Salon (Vienna: Inner stadt)
I absolutely love love love the interior space and decor! You know sometimes you fantasized about how your restaurant would look like if you were to open it, well this place is exactly my fantasy place. It’s calming and elegant. It’s an inspiring balance of modern and classic, homey and elegance, nature and design. I love the nice pale natural wood table top, dark wood floor, vault ceiling, organic shaped metal chandelier, chalkboard wall, natural linen table cloth, wood serving board, etc…it’s my dream comes true.

[...] Make sure you don’t have your breakfast in the room. [..] We head into the small, chic dining room where two young Viennese cooks are making breakfast in front of an open kitchen. There are endless pastries and cold cuts available. But I would advise any guests to try the cooked options. We both had poached eggs cooked to order with a delicious mixture of herbs, a unique concoction which would put the bland offerings of many five star hotels to shame.
